The Vian Wolverines went 2-2 on the baseball diamond last week.

After losing 12-7 at Cameron on March 30 and losing 7-2 to Oktaha at home on March 31, the Wolverines ended the week with a twogame winning streak with an 8-0 six-inning home win over Prairie Grove, Ark., last Thursday and a 15-1 three-inning rout at Muldrow on Good Friday afternoon.

In the loss to Cameron, the Yellowjackets never trailed, leading 4-0 after three innings, 8-1 after four innings and 12-5 after six innings.

Chris Cheater suffered his first loss of the season, going five innings. Zayden Cheater pitched the sixth inning.
