Kathy Ellen Petree Dreadfulwater

Sallisaw – Graveside services for Kathy Ellen Petree Dreadfulwater, 65, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. on Sat. Jan. 9, 2021, at Brent Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Services, Inc.

Mrs. Dreadfulwater was born on Jan. 18, 1955, in Sallisaw to Marion Petree and Dorie Mae (Lewis) Petree and passed away on Wed., Jan. 6, 2021, in Sallisaw.

She married Henry W. Dreadfulwater on Jan. 20, 1997, in Crawford County, Ark. She was a retired nurse and of the Holiness faith.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Dreadfulwater of the home; one brother, Marvin Petree of Vilonia, Ark.; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Robbie Shamblin and Amber Shamblin; and one grandson.
