Cheyenne Haney, 18, and a senior at Gore High School, has been a member of Rural Fire Protection District #1for the past two and one-half years. She most recently became a member of Tulsa Metro Women On Fire, which is a non-profit organization founded by fe-male firefighters, that provides support to local charities and organizations. Hydrants Of Hope is one of their biggest charities, which raises money for children battling cancer. After graduation from high school, she plans to pursue a career in firefighting.
