Semi accident shuts down I-40

A semi accident that happened last Monday afternoon on Interstate- 40 about two miles west of Vian, near the 296 mile marker, shut down westbound I-40 for two hours and 10 minutes, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol. OHP Information Officer Adam Wood said a semi ran off the roadway, crashed and then blocked the road for some time. Wood said the driver was not injured.
