Troopers seize over 700 bundles of marijuana in interstate traffic stop

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers on Oct. 4 confiscated over 700 one-pound bundles of marijuana during a routine traffic stop on Interstate- 40. Jacob J. Conner, 30, of Chesapeake, Va. was charged on Oct. 5 with one felony count of trafficking in illegal drugs in Sequoyah County District Court and received a $26,000 bond. He is now set to appear for a Dec. 7 felony disposition docket before Associate District Judge Kyle Waters.
