Feb. 15, 1956 – July 7, 2023

Webbers Falls – Funeral services for James Menie, 67, of Webbers Falls, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Webbers Falls. Burial was at Vaught Cemetery in Webbers Falls under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mr. Menie was born on Feb. 15, 1956, in Muskogee to Eual Thomas Menie and Nan Irene (Jones) Menie. He died on Friday, July 7, 2023, in Webbers Falls.

He worked in quality control for Dal-Tile. He married Ronda Dunning on Dec. 4, 1987, in Las Vegas, Nev.

Survivors include his wife, Ronda Menie of the home; one daughter, Sarah and Travis Sandy of Gore; three sons, Andy Hedge and Kristi Reynolds of Park Hill, Thomas and Jennifer Hedge of Webbers Falls and Josh Menie and Samantha Adams of Braggs; his mother, of Webbers Falls; one sister, Carolyn and Todd Coe of Webbers Falls; two brothers, Bobby and Regina Menie of Tucson, Ariz., and Mike Menie of Webbers Falls; seven grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; one sister, Dorothy Brasuell; and four brothers, Billy Menie, Paul Menie, Jackie Menie and Johnny Menie.

Pallbearers were Brian Menie, Jeremy Brasuell, James Brasuell, Gary Ponder, Brandon Ragsdale and Justin Risenhoover.
