Tai Chi for Balance is a 12week class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning at 2 pm. Tai Chi is slow, continuous movement designed to help older adults increase balance and flexibility. The Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative and Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library are providing this free class. It will begin August 1 and end October 19.
Mystery Game – The library has its monthly “Who Dun It?” mystery game for adults at 3 p.m. Thursday, August 10.
