Vian – Funeral Service for Mary S. Seay, 70 of Vian, Oklahoma was held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Rocky Point Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on November 25, 1952 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Hazel Mae (Woodward) Davis and Sylvester “Pete” Davis and passed away on November 16, 2023 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to Gary Seay on February 5, 1971 in Vian, Oklahoma. Mary was a PCA at Sequoyah County Health Department for 25 years. She loved working in her yard and flower beds and attending ball games. Her kids and grandkids were her life and she would do anything for them.

Survivors are husband, Gary of the home; two daughters, Valerie Tucker and Damon of Sallisaw, OK and Vanessa Lee of Vian, OK; four grandchildren, Cade Tucker of Sallisaw, OK, Cord Tucker of Sallisaw, OK, Braxton Lee of Vian, OK and Alyssa Lee of Vian, OK; two sisters, Sylvia Brooks and Eddie of Sallisaw, OK and Ruth Ann Harris of Vian, OK; two brothers, Donald Davis of Muldrow, OK and Dwight Davis and Sandy of Sallisaw, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ronnie and Will Davis; brother-in-law, Vic Harris; and sister-in-law, Plumjet Davis.

Active Pallbearers will be Damon Tucker, Scott Seay, Jeremy Davis, Jason Brooks, Nathan Brooks and Joe Brooks.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ed Brockman, Victor Salcedo and Bill Reynolds.

Visitation was at 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family greeted 6 – 8 p.m.
