Joy to the World The Lord Has Come

Joy to the World The Lord Has Come
By Shirley R. Watts,

Joy to the world!

The Lord has come!

Let earth receive His Salvation! Let every heart prepare Him room!

Yes! Jesus Christ has come into the world as the Savior, and will come again to take His Church home and then seven years later will return as King and will rule!!! Amen!

Yes, there is “Joy” to be had only in Jesus Christ! Please share this article with someone who does not know Christ this beautiful Christ-Season! Will you do this?

Jesus Christ was not just another Jew! He is the Son of God. He is the Savior!

John said “In the beginning was the Word [Jesus Christ], and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… He [Jesus] was in the beginning with God… All things were made through Him [Jesus], and without Him [Jesus] nothing was made that was made…In Him [Jesus] was life, and the life was the light of men” (John 1:1-4).

Jesus Christ “was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world…He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him…He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him…But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: (John 1:10-14).

Have you believed in His Name? Are you a born again Child of God? You may be a local church member, but are you a born again member of the True Church?

When John the Baptist saw Jesus, he said: “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! When John said this “The two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus” (John 1:37-38).

Have you been forgiven of your sin? Are you following Jesus? Have you been born again? Will you take a minute and allow Jesus to speak to your heart?

Jesus said to Nicodemus, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he can-not see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Have you been born again? Jesus was in Heaven, and came down to Earth. Why…to seek and to save lost sinners.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life…For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved” (Jn. 3:16-17).

Jesus loves you and came that you might have eternal life by trusting Him. But if you choose to reject what He has done for you then you will suffer the consequences in the judgment to come.

Jesus said: “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God…And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil…For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed…But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God” (John 3:16-21).

These verses tell us why one refuses the Light. Have you chosen the darkness rather than the Light? Don’t let anyone tell you, “There is another way” for Jesus said to you and me, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6-7). Jesus speaks of two gates, which will you walk through? “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it…Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matt 7:13-15).

My prayer is that many souls will be saved this Christ-Season.

Unbeliever, prepare your heart, He is True Joy!

Joy to the world, the Lord has come, receive Him.
