Cremation services for Nancy (Morrow) Emerson, 80, of Sallisaw, are under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Emerson was born on Dec. 19, 1943, in Phoenix, to Alma Irene (Riggins) Morrow and Ira Lee Morrow. She passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, in Sallisaw.
She was married to Donald Emerson on May 29, 1962, in Oregon. He preceded her in death on Nov. 10, 2014.
She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, and enjoyed reading, working puzzles, books and watching birds.
Survivors are three daughters, Diana Emerson and Billy of Vian, Dana Stites and Bart of Sallisaw and Debra Bias and Matt of Sallisaw; two sons, Danny Emerson and Patty of Fort Smith, Ark., and Donnie Emerson of Sallisaw; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Wanda McKinney and William of Tulsa, Betty Bell of Buckeye, Ariz., and Norma Lambert of Buckeye; one brother, James Morrow of Buckeye; and several other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Frank, Clifford and Eugene Morrow; and one sister, Linda Morrow.
