Gore powerlifters place at McAlester Invitational
McALESTER — Five Gore Pirates powerlifters placed at Friday’s McAlester Invitational.
In the high school division, Drake Cowart was the champion at heavyweight, while Maden Smith was fourth at heavyweight.
In the junior high school division, Beau Moore was first at heavyweight at 105 pounds.
As for the Class A division, Cole Ralston was the champion at 105 pounds, while Treydan Daugherty claimed gold at 220 pounds.
The Pirates will return to action at Wednesday’s Checotah Invitational.
