Funeral services for Vikkii Mechelle Guinn, 56, were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025, in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services. Burial followed at Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services, Inc.
Ms. Guinn was born on Oct. 14, 1968, in Poteau, to Judy Wiley and Larry Guinn. She died on Friday, June 6, 2025, in Sallisaw.
She was a forklift driver, citizen of the Cherokee Nation, enjoyed fishing, collecting arrowheads and shark teeth, and was of the Christian faith.
Survivors are her father, Larry Guinn and Oct. 14, 1968 – June 6, 2025
wife Sheila; daughter, Brittany Hogan and husband Quinlan; stepsiblings, Lisa Weese and Micheal Wiley; stepfather, James Wiley; a host of grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother; sister, Lawanna Butler; grandfather, Wayne Hale; and grandmother, Irene Hamilton.
