Sallisaw man being held on $40,000 bond

Ryan T. Dick, 52, of Sallisaw, is being held in the McIntosh County Jail pending his preliminary hearing on charges related to indecent photographs and videos sent to a former girlfriend and her mother, who live near Eufaula.

Dick allegedly sent via Facebook Messenger the unsolicited photos.He has been charged with nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images and “recording, distributing, and transmitting obscenity.”

He was arrested on Feb. 3.

Following a pre-preliminary conference on July 9, Associate District Judge Brendon Bridges set a preliminary hearing for July 30. He is being held on a $40,000 bond.

A deputy was contacted by the girl’s mother on Dec. 12, 2024, who showed him the unsolicited photos and videos.

The ex-girlfriend identified the suspect by the images, which included a picture of a tattoo.
