Memorial services for Kelly Michelle Rogers Waters, 55, of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, at the Sallisaw Cemetery gazebo.
Mrs. Waters was born on Feb. 2, 1970, in Long Beach, Calif. to Jena Rogers and Jerry Rogers. She passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
She graduated from Sallisaw High School in 1988 and went on to earn her associate’s from Connors State College. She had a career as a licensed insurance agent in Paris, Texas, and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are her children, Malyn Rogers and Preston Waters and wife Shalen; mother, Jena Rogers and fiance Clinton Johnson; sister, Kimberly Brown and husband Gary; and many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father; and husband, David Waters.
