Graveside services for Wesley Milligan, 78, of Vian, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Milligan was born on Nov. 28, 1946, in Vian to John Wesley Milligan and Mary Lou (Fields) Milligan. He died on Thursday, July 24, 2025, in Collinsville.
He was a former crew chief for American Airlines.
He married Sherry Cowart on June 7, 1968, in Fort Smith, Ark.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; daughter, Wynette and Edward Hamilton of Collinsville; three sisters, Helen Milligan of Skiatook, Candy Robinson of Kansas and Lena Sanders of Vian; brother, Leroy Milligan of Vian; five grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Johnny Milligan; and three sisters, Joice Cormican, Janice New and Mary Ann Rabbit.
Pallbearers were Edward Hamilton, Eldon Lamar, Alex Hamilton, Mathew Hamilton, Kevin Pickett and Thomas Hamilton.
