Vian Public Schools is wanting its football fans to get involved in the TMobile Friday Night 5G Lights Contest.
The T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights Contest essentially is a virtual contest to show which town in the United States has more support and connection with its local high school football team.
Last year, Inola Public Schools won $2 million in the T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights Contest.
Vian Wolverines’ fans and patrons are urged to enter creative photographs, videos, creative images, etc … and send them to four different social media outlets — #FN5GL, #sweepstakes, @tmobile and @vianschools.
People can enter as many photographs, videos and other such entries as desired up until approximately mid September, when at that time people will be allowed to vote for which school they think has more support and connection with its local high school football team.
Vian Public Schools was one of several Oklahoma schools to “make the first cut” and be awarded $5,000. “Making the next cut” will earn the school district $25,000 as well as a shot to get into the group of schools, like Inola, that have a shot to receive $2 million.
