Local authors Yvonne Tillapaugh (right) and Rebecca Cole (left) recently attended WriterCon2025 in Oklahoma City, one of the largest writer’s conferences in the region. Cole’s novel, Montana’s Heart received honorable mention in the fiction category, earning recognition from among hundreds of entries. This marks the second year these sisters have attended this annual event, which brings together writers, editors, publishers, and agents from all over the country.
