A Webbers Falls woman was injured last Monday afternoon after her vehicle left the roadway and overturned on Hwy. 64, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Troopers reported that at about 1:40 p.m. on Sept. 15, Kara Ely, 36, was driving near the intersection of Hwy. 64 and South 75th Street in Muskogee County, when a tire on her vehicle blew out.
The vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway, rolled and came to a rest off the highway.
Ely, who was the only person in the vehicle, was injured in the crash. Authorities confirmed she had been wearing her seatbelt at the time.
She was transported for medical treatment, and her injuries were not considered lifethreatening.
The crash remains under investigation by Trooper Logan Shimp of Troop C.
