Funeral services for Ava Denise Mosley, 65, of Sallisaw, were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at the Agent Mallory- Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
She was born on Dec. 31, 1959, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Eddie Mosley and Yvonne (West) Rankin. She died on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, in Sallisaw.
She was a special needs aide at Vian School and a member of Vian Baptist Church. She was a Muldrow High School graduate and played on the varsity basketball team.
Survivors include her mother, of Porum; one son, Brandon Gene Mosley; four sisters, Peggy West of Sallisaw, Angela Mosley of Fort Smith, Yvette Mosley of Porum and Alexandria Mosley of Austin; one brother, Andre Mosley of Oklahoma City; two grandsons; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father. Viewing will be noon to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
