Visitation for Joyce Keefner, 93, of Brushy, was held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, at Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Cremation was under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Keefner was born on July 3, 1932, in Binger to Claud and Lillian (Lovell) Teague. She died on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.
She enjoyed growing up on Brushy Mountain, being in the outdoors, building and traveling.
Survivors include six children, Susan Keefner of Sallisaw, Rebecca Tolle of Minnesota, Craig Keefner of Colorado, Carol Keefner of Vian, Edward Keefner III of Tulsa and Kevin Keefner of Roland; two brothers, Sonny and Mike Teague; 14 grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Dub, Jay and Ronald Teague; and five sisters, Irene Vermillion, Virginia Beck, Lorene Cummins, Bonnie Tadlock and Jackie Lindsey.
