Harold Willis Lasiter

Aug. 24, 1954 – Nov. 29, 2025

Memorial services for Retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant Harold Willis Lasiter, 71, of Muldrow, were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.

Entombment followed at 2 p.m. at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark. under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

Mr. Lasiter was born on Aug. 24, 1954, in Fort Leavenworth, Kan., to Jean Ellen (Browning) Lasiter and Sammy Eugene Lasiter. He died on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025.

He married Tina (Zouzas) Lasiter on Oct. 10, 2003, in Franklin County, Ark.

He proudly served in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. A passionate member of the Muldrow VFW Post 8384, he held many leadership roles including Commander and Quarter Master. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Tina; three daughters, Pamela Lasiter and Necole Cantu of Tulsa, and Kimberly Coleman and Brandon, and Jessica Brewer all of Muldrow; four grandchildren; two sisters, Marilyn Starr and Robert of Sallisaw and Melinda Lasiter of Muldrow; three brothers, Steve Lasiter and Rhonda of Muldrow, Clayton Lasiter and Louise of Muldrow and Sammy Lasiter, Jr. and Janet of Vian; along with other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Pallbearers were Dave Lortz, Mike Bassett, Tommy Gipson, Brandon Coleman, Kane Brewer, D.J. Carter, Aron Lasiter, Kyle Lasiter, Jared Lasiter, Chad Lasiter, Sammy Lasiter III, Nick Starr, Derek Lasiter and Jesse Stonebarger.

Honorary pallbearers were members and friends of the Muldrow VFW Post 8384.
