April 14, 1958 – Feb. 10, 2026

Deena Stidd, 67, of Sallisaw, died on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, in Sallisaw. She was born on April 14, 1958, in Gardena, Calif., to Lynn Bolton and Peggy (Cleveland) Purcell.

Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She was a graduate of Star Spencer High School and continued her education in nursing. She enjoyed traveling and was a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.

She married Clint Stidd on Sept. 2, 1979, in Norman.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; two daughters, Desiree and Aaron Scott of Midwest City and Monica Ford of Moore; sister, Celise Blewett and Richard Dages; brother, Matt and Trenda Purcell of Moore; four grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dora Purcell of Aruba; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Nathan Murphy and C.J. Stidd; brother, Mark Purcell; and a grandson.
