Oct. 6, 1948 – Feb. 5, 2026

Funeral Service for Judah E. Anderson, 77, of Vian, Okla., was at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Assembly of God Church in Vian. Burial followed at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on October 6, 1948 in Vanceburg, Ky. to Hazel Edna (Hamilton) Anderson and Jim Anderson and passed away on February 5, 2026 in Fort Smith, Ark. She was married to Cecil Smalley. Judah was a person of deep faith and had a love for singing. She was always one that beat to her own drum. She dedicated a significant portion of her life to education, leaving a lasting impact on her students and the community. Judah will be greatly missed by all who knew her, and remembered for her vibrant spirit, love of life, and unwavering faith.

Survivors are her husband, Cecil of the home; one son, Richard Armstrong and D’Lynn of Vian; one step-son, Brandon Smalley and Jennifer of Sand Springs, Okla.; two step-daughters, Shannah Goins and Aaron of Tulsa, Okla. and Ambre’ Smalley of Vinita, Okla.; three grandchildren, Duncan, Alexa, and Marcus; several step-grandchildren; one sister, Lola Rogers and Thomas of Sapulpa, Okla.; two brothers, Jimmy Anderson of Fort Smith, Ark. and Richard Anderson and Cheryl of Tulsa; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Hazel Anderson; two sisters, Faye Anderson and June Brooks; and one brother, Larry Anderson.

Active Pallbearers were Ronald Terrell, Marcus Armstrong, Brandon Smalley, Duncan Armstrong, Billy Terrell, Christian Schielke and Nick Terrell.

Viewing was from 2 – 8 p.m. Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Okla. where the family greeted from 5 – 7 p.m.
