Funeral services for Donna Carol Haddox, 82, were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial followed at Akins Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Mrs. Haddox was born on June 27, 1943, to Helen Belter (Prewett) and Clemo Perceful. She passed away on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026.
She was a 1961 graduate of Sallisaw High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Northeastern State University, and later completed her Master’s in Special Education. She taught for 30 years at South Coffeyville Schools before retiring. She enjoyed antiquing, working jigsaw puzzles, hosting Bunco, and traveling.
She married Benny Ray Haddox on Sept. 2, 1961.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Benny Ray Haddox; children, Clemo Haddox and wife Berneta and Michael Haddox and wife Coleen, all of South Coffeyville, and Alicia Lawrence and husband Mike of Noxie; sister, Cassie Underwood of Sapulpa; sister-in-law, June Martin of Kiefer; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Benny Martin; and son, Edward Ray Haddox.
Pallbearers were Pierre Mansfield, Falicia Mansfield, Tyler Edwards, Benjamin Haddox, Amos Lowe and Christian Robinson.
