Brittany Leigh Mealer

Aug. 11, 1989 – March 13, 2026

Funeral services for Brittany Leigh Mealer, 36, of Shawnee, were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore.

Burial was at South Bethel Cemetery in Braggs under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She was born on Aug. 11, 1989, in Tahlequah to Richard Dean Mealer and Melody Gaye (Crum) Orman.

She previously attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha where she majored in music, and worked for the Potawatomi Nation assisting and caring for abused women.

Survivors include her father; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother. Pallbearers were Zayne Mann, Tony Shackelford, Trent Shackelford, Jake Crum, Wrangler Stanfill, Tracker Stanfill and Colton Fitzgerald.
