The Central Lady Tigers will be able to compete not only for individual titles but team titles as well for the 2025 high school cross country season, which will begin with the Gore Invitational at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 28 at Steve Owens Sports Complex.
The Lady Tigers will have eight runners, with five runners needed to compete for team titles.
Two of the Lady Tigers back this fall were state qualifiers in 2024. Cambree Bair was 66th and Paris Campbell was 93rd at the Class 2A State Meet last fall.
Three other Lady Tigers back from last season are Scarlett Harrison, Rileigh Ford and Xhayla Mosby.
Rounding out the roster for the Lady Tigers are Kaitlin Clark, Sara Williams and Sadie Huff.
The Tigers’ cross country roster doubled from last fall to this fall as they will have two runners. In fact, the two runners are brothers — Wyatt Parker and Odell Parker.
