Vian High School’s College and Career Fair was held on Nov. 12, where high school students attended four different sessions learning about post secondary opportunities from several businesses, two and four-year colleges, technical schools, and resources that would be helpful in moving to the next level after high school. The following were represented: Carl Albert State College, Connors State College, Eastern Oklahoma State College, Langston University, Northeastern State University, Oklahoma State University, Rogers State University, University of Arkansas Fort Smith, Wichita State, American Welding Laboratories, OSU-IT, Tulsa Welding School, Indian Capital Technology Center, ABB Inc., Pafford EMS, Choctaw Nation Cereer Development, Department of Rehabilitation, Educational Opportunities Center (EOC), Cherokee Nation College Resources and the United States Navy. School administrations said they would like to thank each representative for contributing to the future success of Vian High School students.
