Funeral services for Joyce Colleen Junk, 83, of Vian, were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at Blackgum Harvestime Church in Vian.
Burial was at Box Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Junk was born on Oct. 12, 1942, in Spencer to Joe Nunley and Lilly Ann (Foster) Nunley. She died on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, in Tulsa.
She worked in maintenance at several factories. She enjoyed going to yard sales, dining out, riding motorcycles, fishing, playing games and cards. She played the drums.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen and Wayne Marvin of Sallisaw; three sons, Merlin Turman of Cookson, Richard and Tara Turman of Tecumseh, and Marlin and Lisa Turman of Wagoner; nine grandchildren; one sister, Martha Nunley of Vian; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands, Merlin Turman, Allen Juel and Henry Junk; one grandson; three sisters, Geneva Richards, Mary Duncan and Donna Paredes; and one brother, Joe Nunley.
Pallbearers were Joshua Turman, Dakota Turman, Wyatt Turman, Shawn Dooley Duncan, Brandon McEver, Brandon Major, Dwayne Jenkins and T.J. Reason.
