William Darrell Armer
He passed away on April 19, 2026, in Vian.
He married Leona (Risley) Armer on Jan. 19, 1973, in Anadarko.
Mr. Armer was a truck driver and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Leona of the home; daughter, Misty Frederick and Donnie of Vian; three granddaughters; nine great-grandchildren; his mother, Essie Armer of Vian; sister, Sandra Clopton and Larry of Vian; two brothers, Johnny Armer and Sharon, and Gary Armer, all of Vian; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Virginia Harvey; and four brothers, Carl, Edward, Andy and Roger Armer.
Pallbearers will be Brian Shover, Dustin Delancy, Drake Fieldgrove, James Martin, Jesse Martin and Ricky Lawrence.
Honorary pallbearer will be Garin Lawrence. Viewing will take place on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Funeral services for William Darrell Armer, 75, of Vian, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Blackgum Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at Box Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Services, Inc.
Mr. Armer was born on June 11, 1950, in Vian, to Chester Armer and Essie (Ray) Armer.
