April 15, 1992 – Sept. 19, 2023

Gans – Funeral services for David Lee Allen, 31, of Gans, were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.

Burial was at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mr. Allen was born on April 15, 1992, in Muskogee to Michael David Allen and Stephney Jean (Wilson) Allen. He died on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023, in Chappell, Neb.

He was an over-the-road truck driver for PDP Unlimited Inc., and of the Free Will Baptist faith.

Survivors include his parents, of Gans; one sister, Myka Allen and Jesse Lawson of Roland; girlfriend, Jada Hanshew of Vian; grandparents, Johnnie Wilson and Joyce of Gans; aunts, Kimberly Cardwell, and April McWaters and Jason, all of Gans, Becky Brown and Clay of Van Buren, Ark. and Sherri Smith and Ron of Cave Springs, Ark.; uncle, Cory Allen of Roland; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers were Dillon Cardwell, Tymothy Smith, John Allen, Casey Brown, Dakota Daws and Craig England.
