Delcie Ann Millsap

Sept. 5, 1942 – March 6, 2024

Delcie Ann Millsap, 81, of Muskogee, died on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in Muskogee. She was born on September 5, 1942, in Keefeton, to Edgar Field Sr. and Mabel Field (Swindell).

Survivors are her husband, Jerry Millsap of Muskogee; brother, Edgar Field Jr. and wife Ruth of Muskogee; son, Arthur James Millsap; foster brother, Allen Yochum; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Martha Davis.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher Millsap Funeral Home of Muskogee.
