Funeral services for Frances Maxine Taylor, 95, of Gans, were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Webbers Falls Assembly of God.
Burial followed at Vaught Cemetery in Webbers Falls under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Taylor was born on Nov. 3, 1928, in Rossville, to Mary (Spradlin) Stewart and Andrew Stewart. She died on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 in Gans.
She loved to dance, crotchet, and work in the garden. She enjoyed watching hummingbirds and tending her flowers.
Survivors are her children, Kathy Rush of Muskogee, Retha and husband Tommy Victory of Gans, Jimmy Taylor and wife Katie of Webbers Falls, and Carol Jean and husband Darrell Brimm of Mustang; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Arthur Taylor, Jr.; her parents; four sisters, Georgie Sack, Audrey Ball, Evelyn Lohman and Gertrude Bullen; and three brothers, Roland, Ralph and Raymond Stewart.
Pallbearers were her grandsons, Jeremy Victory, Josh Taylor, Joe Taylor and great-grandsons.
