Millions Remain Lost – Excuses!

Are You One of These?

“Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the ai – kingdom of £ God.” “For God

Shirley R. so loved the Watts world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:3)

Come, all things are ready

He “sent his servant at supper time to say to those who were invited, ‘Come, for all things are now ready” (Luke 14:1524).

Do you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior? Maybe you know of Him. You hear sermons, songs and testimonies but still you refuse Him. There are millions like you who continue to make excuses for not believing in Jesus.

At the same time millions hear the good news, believe it the heart, accept by faith and receive eternal life. They worship Him, looking forward to life after death with Him for eternity. Have you thought about “life after death?” Do you know that it is more important than the life here on earth?

As we hear and see the damage and deaths taken through the natural disasters around the world, one needs to take the time to think that if you leave this world suddenly, without Christ, that you will face eternity in Hell, the place of torment. It is no comparison to the suffering experienced here on Earth.

A taste of Heaven on Earth

Not only do Believers have eternal life later, we experience Heaven here on earth. We have peace with God. We are eternally secure and safe. We are experiencing real fellowship with God our Father, The Creator and His Son Jesus Christ who intercedes for us today. We can talk to our Father through prayer, we have many blessings to receive as we travel through this rugged land and He is with us every step of the way as we serve Him by sharing His message with all who have not yet believe.

Is it worth believing in Him? Of course, it is, it is pure joy knowing Him.

Our faithfulness to Him brings Heaven down! Our praise to Him glorifies Him and blessing fall upon us. Our prayer to Him changes things and supports us daily. He is our strength, love, joy, guide, and our shield! We have it all!

Why would anyone not trust in Him and experience the greatest part of life here on earth. You are not living until you know Jesus… you are only existing!

Excuses Made

“But they all with one accord began to make excuses.”

‘I have bought a piece of ground, and I must go and see it. I ask you to have me excused.’ “And another said, ‘I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to test them. I ask you to have me excused.’ ‘Still another said, ‘I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come’ (Luke 14).

They were all invited to come to Jesus, but many found an excuse not to go. I am sure there are many more excuses used today, but all who reject Christ are “without excuse” and have no hope!

Satan has convinced millions to “put it off to another day, you are a church member, you were baptized as a baby, you were raised in the church, you have pride in self…keep it, you are a good person, you feed the poor, you will give up too much.” No need to be in a hurry to make such a decision. “You still have plenty of time!

Each time you delay, your heart is less responsive to the call “to come.” You are less apt to believe in Jesus, therefore Hell awaits you!

You have allowed an “excuse” to stand between you and eternal life in Heaven. You are making the wrong decision!

Don’t make excuses. There is still room for you, accept the invitation, receive Him! Jesus loves you, forgives and gives eternal life.

Invitation: ‘Come, for all things are now ready.’
