Memorial graveside services for Terri Lynn (Price) Cox, 67, of Sallisaw, will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
She was born on Aug. 9, 1956, in Sallisaw to Mary Faith (Masterson) Bittle and Bill Price. She died on Monday, May 13, 2024, at her home.
She graduated from Sallisaw High School in 1974 and received a Psychology degree from Oklahoma State University in 1979. She found her calling counseling students at Carl Albert State College in Sallisaw and retired in 2021.
Survivors are two sons, Nicholas Cox and wife Tinisha, and Christopher Cox; three grandchildren; and step-dad, Tom Bittle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, James “Soap” and Gladys Masterson; cousin, Butch Gore; and best friend, Sheila Sequichie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Black Diamond Booster Club.
