I Will Shake Heaven and Earth

I Will Shake Heaven and Earth
By Shirley R. Watts

“You have made the earth tremble; You have broken it; Heal its breaches, for if it is shaking.

7r~ (Ps. 60:2) “See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, whose voice then shook the earth; (Heb. 12:25-28) Our God is in control! Amen! “See that you do not refuse Him who speaks” (Heb. 12:25a).

As God continues to shake this world, let us hear His voice as He speaks. The Christian must continue the race, running with faith knowing our God controls all things. He does not instigate all things, but He uses all things to glorify Himself, He says “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” (Ps 46:10).

Shaking

What is shaking? We see God speaking to us in politics, economy, sexual immorality of all kinds, murder, evil abounding in all forms, war in Israel, and natural disasters. Anyone listening?

Why the shaking? Our Nation has said: “no more Christianity!” No more cross, Ten Commandments, marriages with one male and one female and families as God designed.

The world wants us gone! They really don’t understand, for if they only knew how bad the shaking will be when we board our space ship in the Rapture!

It is “Christianity” that is being attacked. It is Jesus Christ, Church, Word of God.

We are removing our belief in God from our homes, schools, work place. Sexual immorality is rampant, lying is popular! Our children are being sacrificed. A big reason for the shaking of this Nation.

All this is becoming the norm for our Nation?

Why the Shaking

Things are shaking because God is being ignored. We have said we don’t need God. We are a great Nation! That we are, but that can change! Our Nation is to be a Godly Nation, a witness to the world of God the Creator.

God is speaking to His Church, repent and return to Me. He is speaking to the world of evil doers, the lost letting them know He is in control and they too, must repent and be saved from the future shaking of the world “For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations,” (Haggai 2:6-7).

It seems as if no one is listening. The Church understands very well what the shaking is about. Christian are you praying? Reading your Bible…The Holy Bible? If we want to see real “change” we must call upon God! We must not allow the “shaking” to interfere with us.

The world feeds on the flesh, and the devil directs their path. The lost live in darkness and our mission is to take them the Light! We are not doing this and God is shaking us up! Sin will be judged! If we think this shaking is bad, wait till He really shakes things up. “Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has made desolations in the earth (Ps. 46:8).

Christians, our home is in Heaven. Heaven is real…Hell is real! Many do not believe, but that doesn’t change one thing.

Praise God! He is in control. He is just in all He does. He is allpowerful and He is our God. Praise will keep us focused on God. Recognize Him for who He is. He is Almighty! Nothing will shake without His allowing it Pray for one another, and Country! Remain faithful in evangelism.

Glorify God! God is with us, so don’t be discouraged. We serve the Living God!

How does the Christian remain still? Relax! Look ahead! Witness! Fear God! Pray!

“Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire” (Heb. 12: 28-29).

Are you listening? Jesus is coming soon! Be Ready!!!
