May 26, 1956 – Sept. 13, 2024

Kim Lowe, 68, of Sallisaw, died on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, in Sallisaw. He was born on May 26, 1956, in Casa Grande, Ariz., to Frank Edward Lowe and Ruby (Lucy) Lowe.

A viewing was held from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2024, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.

Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

He was a 1975 graduate of Sallisaw High School, received his Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond and served eight years in the U.S. Army. He retired from Del City School after 20 years.

Survivors include two sons, Brent and Helen Lowe of Collinsville and Kim Lowe Jr. and Bailey Ferguson of Norman; one daughter, Kimberli Dao and Son of Princeton, Texas; five brothers, Ronnie Lowe and Randy Lowe both of Sallisaw, Robert Baker, Gary Baker and Jim Baker all of California; two sisters, Margie Whisenant of Holiday, Texas and Betty Strider of Sallisaw; 10 grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Lynn Lowe; and two sisters, Connie Baker and Carol Church.
