Gore Public Schools is hosting their 27th annual Veterans Day celebration, beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, at the Gore Event Center.
Following the celebration, veterans and a guest are invited to stay for lunch in the school cafeteria.
Veterans are asked to arrive 20 minutes early so that they can provide their service information.
VIAN
Vian Public Schools will host a Veterans Day breakfast and program on Monday, Nov. 11.
Vian’s FFA members, under the direction of Trent and Charlotte Trotter, will prepare and serve breakfast beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Vian High School Ag building.
The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the cafetorium, presented by FCCLA members under the direction of Carol Schupert, and Vian Choir, under the direction of Christina Herriman.
Veterans are asked to fill out an information card so that their service can be personally recognized during the program.
WEBBERS FALLS
Webbers Falls Public School will host a Veterans Day program and lunch on Monday, Nov. 11, sponsored by the Student Council.
The lunch will be held at 11:30 a.m., and the program will start at 12:30 p.m. in the gym. There will be various student performances.
