Jan. 12, 1998 – April 6, 2025

Funeral services for John Donald Lewis, 27, formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.

Burial was Brushy Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mr. Lewis was born on Jan. 12, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark., to James Lewis and Tammy Dawn (Wallace) Hurd. He died on Sunday, April 6, 2025, in Warner.

He enjoyed music, video games, watching WWE, being outdoors and being around all types of animals. He attended Church on the Move in Tulsa.

He married Reanna Kirkpatrick on Dec. 4, 2022, in Sallisaw.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; son, Jireh Lewis of the home; mother, of Sallisaw; father, of Poteau; two brothers, James and Harmony Lewis and Josh Lewis, all of Sallisaw; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Alexandrea Lewis.

Pallbearers were James Lewis, Kenneth Raper, Rick Raper and Bronson Taylor.

A Go Fund Me account has been set up by the family to help support them.
