Several Gore Pirates Youth Wrestling members placed in last Saturday’s Black Diamond Classic, which took place at Sallisaw High School’s Paul Post Field House.
Two members, Beau Moore (112-119 pounds, open age
15-and-younger division) and Stryker Sandy
(155 pounds, open age 15-and-younger division) won championships.
Hastin Chitty (40-43 pounds, age 6-andyounger division) and Isabella Mannon
(70 pounds, girls age 10-and-younger division) were runners-up.
Coming in third were Gus Smith (64-70 pounds, open age
12-and-younger division) and Ella Barrett
(83 pounds, girls age 8-and-younger division).
Laiken Andrews
(92 pounds, open age 12-and-younger division), Aiden Robertson (105 pounds, open age 12-and-younger) and Stryker Randolph
(110 pounds, open age 12-and-younger division) were fourth.
