It was a rough week for the Webbers Falls Lady Warriors softball team as they lost all four games played last week.
They suffered a pair of road losses to the Wilson (Henryetta) Lady Tigers by scores of 10-0 in three innings and 8-0 in four innings on April 13.
On April 14 at Wister, the Lady Warriors lost 11-2 in four innings to the host Lady Wildcats before losing 8-0 in five innings to the Spiro Lady Bulldogs.
In the first loss to Wilson, In the opener, the Lady Warriors (116), who have lost 16 straight games entering this week, were threehit, with those hits being a double by Shkyra Scruggs and a single apiece by Lextyn Chappell and Ricki Frazier. Chappell (0-11) took the loss.
In the second loss to Wilson, the Lady Warriors only could muster a single apiece by Frazier and Rhilee Jones. Chappell took the loss.
In the loss to Wister, the Lady Warriors could only muster a single by Allie Patterson.
Chappell took the loss going four innings in relief after coming in to replace Jones, who faced only two batters to begin the game.
In the loss to Spiro, the Lady Warriors were three-hit as Jones, Scruggs and Katie Frazier each singled. Jones (0-2) took the loss.
After ending the regular season on Monday afternoon at Central and at home Tuesday afternoon against Gans, the Lady Warriors will meet the Porum Lady Panthers in the bestof- 3 games in the Class 2A District Tournament which will begin at 1 this afternoon in Porum.
