Adam Zane Haddox

Funeral services for Adam Zane Haddox, 23, of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Agent Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.

Cremation was under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

He was born on Sept. 27, 2002, in Tahlequah to Robert Eugene Elkins and Lea Ann Haddox. He died on Sunday, April 19, 2026, in Tulsa.

Survivors include his mother, of Welling; one brother, Braden Haddox of Sallisaw; and other family members and friends.
