Dec. 6, 1981 — April 19, 2026

Joanna Lynne Risenhoover, 44, of Sallisaw, died on Sunday, April 19, 2026, in Tulsa. She was born on Dec. 6, 1981, in Talihina to Tenita (James) Ritter and Gerry Myers.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She worked as a die press operator at Cellofoam and was of the Southern Baptist faith.

She married Bobby Risenhoover on June 28, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; one daughter, Joleen and Caleb Hysmith of Tifton, Ga.; three sons, Tristen and Amanda Risenhoover and Johnathan and Charisma Howard, all of Sallisaw and Jacob Howard of Topsham, Maine; two sisters, Cheryl Kidwell and Michelle and David Haddox, all of Sallisaw; several grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother-in-law, Martin Kidwell Jr.
